Order-taking app feature: clear orders

Within the order-taking app restaurants can now manually remove orders from the “All” list, by accessing Options -> Clear orders, like this:

Pending orders will not be affected by this - they can still be processed (accepted/rejected or be missed).

Also, please note that this is applicable only to orders in the “All” list and will not have any impact on the orders that already appear on the “In Progress” or “Ready” lists.
